| Working experience and occupation | Ms Soo Pat Li (“Ms Soo”) brings over 15 years of professional experience spanning audit, internal controls, financial management in the construction industry. She began her career as an audit associate with KPMG Malaysia, where she developed strong foundations in assurance and financial reporting.
She later joined Great Eastern Assurance Life (M) Berhad as a Senior Internal Auditor, strengthening her expertise in risk management, compliance and internal governance. Ms Soo was a director of Asianmax Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Asianmax”) from June 2013 to April 2026. During her tenure, she collaborated with the Board of Directors of Asianmax to formulate and execute operational strategies, oversee treasury and financial and legal functions, and spearhead tender coordination initiatives and bid management. Her strategic involvement had contributed to the successful acquisition and execution of several large-scale projects within Asianmax and its subsidiaries. |
