Wee Chuen Lii

Mr. Wee Chuen Lii is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 21 April 2022.

He holds a Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (now known as Tunku Abdul Rahman University College), which he obtained in 1996. He obtained the professional qualification of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 1997. He has been registered as a fellow member of the ACCA since 2005 and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2004.

In 2015, he joined LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of LKL International Berhad as a Chief Financial Officer who was responsible for among others, managing and overseeing the accounting functions, tax planning as well as the overall financial performance of the LKL International Berhad group of companies.

He subsequently joined Eastcoys Sdn Bhd as Chief Financial Officer in 2021 where he was involved in managing and overseeing the financial and taxation matters of the company. He left the company in 2021 and is currently a freelance financial consultant who provides advisory on accounting, finance and corporate related matters to companies in various industries.
