TRANSACTIONS (CHAPTER 10 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS VESTLAND BERHAD ("VESTLAND" OR "THE COMPANY") RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE

VESTLAND BERHAD

Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("ACE LR"), the Board of Directors of VESTLAND ("Board") wishes to announce that Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (“VRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VESTLAND, has in the ordinary course of its business entered into recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) of a revenue or trading nature with the following companies, by virtue of the persons connected with the Director and major shareholder of VESTLAND, namely Datuk Liew Foo Heen:

i) Jun Tractor Sdn Bhd; and

ii) Skypark Machineries Sdn Bhd.

The total consideration for the RRPTs in aggregation has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% as prescribed under Rule 10.09(1)(a)(ii) of the ACE LR from 31 January 2023 (being the date of admission of VESTLAND to the Official List of Bursa Securities) to 6 April 2023.
