Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("ACE LR"), the Board of Directors of VESTLAND ("Board") wishes to announce that Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (“VRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VESTLAND, has in the ordinary course of its business entered into recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) of a revenue or trading nature with the following companies, by virtue of the persons connected with the Director and major shareholder of VESTLAND, namely Datuk Liew Foo Heen:

i) Jun Tractor Sdn Bhd; and

ii) Skypark Machineries Sdn Bhd.
